1.先来做派皮,黄油软化后,加入糖粉,用电动打蛋器打至体积膨胀,颜色变浅。

2.倒入半个蛋黄,继续打发,直到和黄油完全混合。

3.筛入低筋面粉,再加入杏仁粉。

4.用手揉均匀,呈光滑的面团,用保鲜膜包好后,放冰箱里冷藏半小时。

5.把冷藏好的面团取出,在面团上再铺上一层保鲜膜,用擀面杖擀出派皮。

6.进预热好的烤箱,中层,上下火,160℃,20-25左右,烤至表面微微金黄色即可。
